BLC Landlord Consent

I am the landlord, or duly authorized representative of the property identified above. I authorize Culligan of Sacramento ("Culligan") to install and service a bottleless water cooler system ("BLC Equipment") at the above premises for the tenant named above. I understand and agree to the following:

1. Installation and Connections: Installation of the BLC Equipment may require connection to the potable cold-water supply line and, depending on the equipment configuration, a drain line.
2. Possible Drilling and Access Openings: Installation, service, or removal may require Culligan or its authorized installer to drill or create access openings as reasonably necessary to route water tubing, drain tubing, power cords, or related installation materials.
3. Reasonable Access: The BLC Equipment remains the property of Culligan. I agree that Culligan and its authorized representatives will have reasonable access to the equipment for installation, routine service, repair, replacement, and removal, and that the equipment will not be detained for any arrears of rent or damages incurred by the tenant.
4. Removal and Restoration: If the BLC Equipment is removed, Culligan will use reasonable efforts to return the related plumbing connections to a usable condition. Culligan is not responsible for restoring cosmetic finishes beyond the reasonable completion of the removal work.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this consent for installation of BLC Equipment.
